Help IT Student purchase legal licenses

Hello, I'm a hungarian second year university student from ELTE IT , and I would like to improve my skills and make something out of myself. Because of this I would like to participate in a game jam on itch.io which has no rewards at all, it's only for self improvement. But games must be uploaded in .exe files. Because of this I would like to buy the GameMaker Studio 2 Desktop licenses which costs more than I can afford.
Without this license I can only create projects but not export them so I can't share them with anyone and it feels really bad. Please make this possible for me. Thank you in advance.
