Help in Pael and Tita Mimi’s Fight

Hi! I'm Pael.

In our family, it's just me and my mother. And she is now going through a serious health crisis that could spell life from death. Two weekends ago, she suffered a severe headache, dizziness, and disorientation – two telltale symptoms of possible neurological injuries. Through further analysis and MRI testing, she was diagnosed with hemorrhagic bleeding, and also saw a big aneurysm that needs to be urgently operated.

Upon consultation with a neurosurgeon, we were ordered to immediately get her to undergo conventional angiography followed by a double set-up (coiling). This process will require my mom to be put in intensive care. The cost of all these amounts to an estimated P800k, a whopping amount for us to come up with, let alone so soon. The pandemic has made a casualty of my primary source of income in live performances – one year barely surviving has drained up my life savings as it is. I also stand as the breadwinner and the only child and immediate family member to my mother, and we get by with God’s grace – but this challenge is proving to be a most disdainful hurdle.

In this light, I humbly knock on the doors of your heart for monetary aid to help me see my beloved mami through this crisis. I am fully aware of the financial constraints our present times have wrought upon us all – and this makes our request weigh more heavily on my heart: but my mother is all I have, and I am all she has.
