Help in making children’s dreams come true! #run_for_a_cause

Hello!! We, Ana Antonio & Samer, are three friends coming from Spain and Lebanon. We all met at INSEAD as MBA students and decided together to take up the challenge of running a marathon in Valencia on December 2 2018. All our efforts during the long race will be dedicated to Sonar Despierto, a NGO concerned with helping disadvantaged children get integrated in the society.

For 20 years, Sonar Despierto has been working on socio-educational projects to socially integrate children and young people, coming from troubled families, who live in shelters and care homes.

Aims:

• To provide educational and emotional support for children so that they can maintain the normal school level for their development.
• To promote inclusive education through leisure activities and encourage education based on values.
• To promote active citizenship and social involvement through volunteering.
