On June 29th 2018 my mother passed away unexpectedly from a massive MI. She cosigned for my house, and now that she is gone, they are tossing my house in as an qsset unless if I can pay off the mortgage. I have a young child that can not be put out of the only home he has ever known. Please I am begging you, I need your help!
