Help hundreds of rescued dogs and cats in Silivri,Turkey

As Silivri Canlari we have throughout 2 years been at assintance to straydogs and cats in Turkey. What started in Silivri, Istanbul has now spreaded throughout whole of turkey where our quest to help stranted dogs and cats finding home and medical assistance continues.

Silivri Yasam Bahcesi

Is our home. This is where we take care of 200 + dogs every day. Dogs waiting to find a home. Dogs with its own story, every single of them more incredible than the other. This is life. And Life is expensive. Because there are clinic costs, there are montly rents, there are salaries for workers who take care of them. Please. With only 1 dollar from each, we can make a huge difference.

In 2 year we have assisted more than 200 dogs with medical help and found home for many many more. For the dogs and cats we havent been able to find home to we have Silivri garden where we are taking care of 200 dogs and more than 250 cats at every given time.

Most of the animals we take care of are of acute medical conditions, and through effective medical help and agreements with several animal hospitals we have helped turning the fate of these helpless souls.

In the garden that we have for these animals we pay montly rent, salaries plus 12 packages of special dog and cat food daily, and we simply cannot ceep up with the cost as we rely only on support from animal friends world over.

We need your help. For every support an invoice will be shown for the difference that you can make. These lonely souls have no friends beyond you and I. In the pictures you will see some of the animals we have supported throughout the years, from all kinds of medical conditions.

Our ultimate goal is to create a world where all companion animals have loving and permanent homes and where no good natured dogs, no matter what their age, suffer in shelters because they are considered to be surplus or un-adoptable.

The Story of Badem

Badem is the true hero story. He was found in the streets with a huge tumor in his abdomen, and could barely move from his pains. The tumor had pressed against his stomache and lungs and perhibittet him to move. He had been like this without anyone helping him. We took him in. It took 6 cancer treatment kemo therapy and a large operation + 2,5 monts in veterinary clinic to make him well again. But we did it. Not only this but we found a home for him in Germany, where he lives with his new family today.

The Story of Ayikiz

Ayikiz was found with leishmania wounds in his face, a huge attack from Scabies, and had scrathed himself to blood. It took medicine from around the world, and 2 monts in clinic to make him ready again. Today, he stays with us at Silivri Yasambahcesi until we can find a home for him.

The Story of INCI

Can you imagine living like this? Can you imagine anyone would leave anyone like this? This is everyday for us. Becuase this is what we see daily. This is what Leishmania does if left untreated. It eats away the face, the eyes, cause blindness and weakness. INCI couldnt do anything. But it took us 3 months. And now, slowly her hair has started growing, her eyes has opened up to the world again, and she doesnt live in pain.

These are just some of our stories. And we have hundreds of these. All made possible with the help from donations like yours. Because fact is, that without the donations, we couldt keep up with the costs. But we believe that this is our duty. This is what makes us human. So please help us make a difference in this world.
