I am Hugh Anthony Delpratt I am presently enrolled in the Guelph humber college university of technology I am pursuing a Diploma in Police Foundations Leadership and management and a bachelor's of arts in criminal justice I would appreciate all the assistance give at this time as covid19 has caused a serious problem with my finances and I am now unable to fund my educational expenses.
