Good day!
We, the friends of Mr. HUBERT IAN M. FUENTES, are reaching out to all our friends, families, and colleagues. We are knocking on your kind hearts to help us raise funds for Hubert's much needed medical assistance and hospital bills.

Last September, Hubert, a doting single dad of two, was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease ( also known as Chronic Kidney Failure), a gradual loss of kidney function. He is currently confined in Adventist Medical Hospital (formerly Manila Sanitarium), Pasay City. He is still undergoing a series of medical procedures such as dialysis sessions, blood infusion, to name a few.

To cover his growing medical bills, we, his friends and family, are seeking for your help . In line with this, we are also humbly requesting you to share this post so that we can reach as many generous hearts as possible.
