Help! House needs roof repair before winter

There is dry rot everywhere. Last winter we covered the roof with tarps. Tarps are small to cover the whole roof and they are very expensive. But I tried a church to help me put a couple of tarps up over the roof, where leaks had formed. One of the helper's shoe went thru the roof.

I'm a female amputee and mom is a handicapped elderly woman. I take care of my mother. My husband served in the military, he has a bad leg, and issues in his arm joints. He helps around the house until the pain is too severe.

I ask you for help. Last summer a roof company gave us a bid for roof repair, and they quoted us US$10,000

That's why I place that amount there. The roof is the emergency.

There are other issues in the house like big holes in the ceiling from water damage, or walls and floors that are soft and need repair, or the deck that is falling, or the fence that is broken.

Yes I wish I could fix it all by myself. I have tried lifting the wood panels of the broken fence, I'm too weak, and putting that much weight on my prosthetic leg, I lose my balance and fall. But I get up again. My loves ones need me. I'm a natural caregiver, I love taking good care of people with love and a smile. I am sociable and kind.

I worked 20 years in public health, serving the homeless. I also worked in hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. I love people.

Now, I am no longer able to work for pay. I have to care for my mom. My parents took us in 4 years ago, when we became homeless. I cared for dad before he passed. And now I'm caring for mom. My leg was amputated July 2017. I have managed to learn to walk on a prosthetic leg in one year. The metal leg, helps me stand up and be a caregiver. I'm thankful for the opportunity I have. It is not the best, but it gets me around. I'm thankful I can walk.

And I will be very thankful if you can help me with funding for the roof. The rest will come later. Somehow, with a prayer, the ceiling, the walls, the floors, the deck and the fence. I don't know how much it costs all. I just know it's All falling apart.
