Help Homeless Animals Have a Safe Shelter

Everybody has a reason to fight for in this life. For me, the fight represents taking care of the animals that can’t take care of themselves. I was never impassible when it came to an animal in distress because, in most cases, we, the humans, are to blame for what is happening to them. So, one by one, I took in every animal that needed a helping hand. At the moment, I have 40 cats and 25 rabbits. Unfortunately, I and my animals can no longer live at our current location, so we need help to find a new shelter.

I live in Mumbai and I dedicate almost my entire time to saving unwanted, straying, injured, and sick animals. At the moment, the house where I life and the current shelter of all the animals I rescued, is rented. But, unfortunately, the landlord wants all of us out, so we will soon be on the street. It breaks my heart to think that all the animals I cared for and saved from life-threatening situations will be out on the streets again, risking to be injured again or, even worse, killed.

At the moment,My biggest goal is to find a property that is large enough to accommodate all the animals I currently have in my care and some additional space in case more animals need space. In other words, I need a shelter for my animals before we will be forced to leave our current location. So, every bit of help is more than welcome, as I am already spending large amounts of money on the food and medical treatments of my animals. With your help, they won’t end up on the busy streets of Mumbai and will be able to live a safe and peaceful life somewhere where they are protected.

This is why I am reaching for your help and kindness, telling you that every kind of donation, whether it is small or more consistent, is taking me one step closer to offering an adequate shelter for my animals. Taking just a fast look on the streets of Mumbai, you will see that there are many homeless animals that are in a very poor state. I fight against this situation, as one of my biggest wishes is to diminish the number of stray animals in the city. But for this, I need a shelter where I can bring them for medical treatment and for a decent and safe life.

Let us join forces and speak for the ones that can’t, proving that we are tolerant, kind, and wise beings. Together, we can undo the harm done by others and come up with solutions that will help the creatures that can’t fend for themselves anymore.
