Help help help

They do say if it doesn't rain it pours! Lost my job in December due to a relationship breakdown with my little boys dad and mental health problems! It was a target set position and I was mid moving homes, my car was in a crash and I was hopeless basically! It didn' stop there when the new flat me and my son where settling into became a swimming bath with a flood due to previous problems the owner hadnt fixed and had to pay for temporary accommodation when moving back the heating on the whole property was broken me and my poor boy where frozen all winter. By this point im penniless, utterly helpless and genuinley beside myself. To add the lease is up at the end of the month and I don't have the money for a first month rent and deposit to go private, I'm currently homeless at the housing but even at this we need rent upfront. That's not to include all the white goods and carpeting we would need. I can apply for housing benefit and it would be back dated but I need a tendency agreement to apply for this? It' such a vicious circle and I'm out of suggestions. Never in a million years this time last year would I have thought I would be in this position of struggling to clothe and feed my son. It' A heartbreaking moment to feel like you have failed as a mother
