HELP HEAL MA. LUISA FROM ALL DEBILITATING DISEASES!

Hello folks! I am so very happy to make your acquaintance! Unfortunately, since my health became so fragile since before, my wellness & wellbeing have become so compromised! Though embarrassing, let me walk you through my various diseases. For instance, I still have cancer, dermatitis, osteoarthritis, cervical spondylosis, tinnitus, etc. All of these aforementioned diseases of mine has brought me such immeasurable pains & deep-seated agonies! Actually, I would really appreciate very much any "Good Samaritan" out there indeed! Anyone I hope out there please extend some assistance to me!!! It is very difficult & stressful for me to work online, study business doctoral studies, & do home making roles with all these diseases I have accumulated through time!. How I wish my life has not gravitated this way at all! Being a certified senior citizen by now, I am greatly perturbed by my diseases & stressors!!! Consequently, I feel so despondent & desperate about the likely possibility that my life may end sooner than I expect!!! Take note though, suicide is not part of my plan & definitely not an option!!!! Being a Christian, that is for me an unthinkable act!!! So, please hear me out!!!
