Campaign Story
I came to Thailand with my family in 2014 and after meeting the children in my wife’s village, I realised that something was missing, English. Therefore, with the help of my wonderful Thai wife, I started teaching English voluntarily.
In 2015, I decided that I wanted to do this on a larger scale and applied for a teaching position at a local school in the town. I could not believe that I had found a new passion apart from my 29 years in the hospitality industry. I realised that I had wholeheartedly fell in love with the Thai children, people, communities and culture.
It is with this that I am asking you for your love and support in helping me to reach my goal of 75,000 Thai Baht. Securing the funds to study further and get my teachers license will enable me to continue having a positive impact on the children whose lives would only get better from learning English.
Your support will go a long way in making sure that the “land of smiles” continues to grow through its children.
