Help grant Mila her life long wish!

Mila Policarpio is my aunt, she is a 56yrs old that makes shirts for a living for a very small local business. She had been working for over 35yrs to support her family and had been living in our home since long before she was born, in fact our home had been in the family since Mila’s grandparents. Her(also her parents and siblings) only wish in life is to afford buying the lot our house is built in. The small house and lot's title is named after her cousins(which are all living outside the Philippines), only recently that her cousins are willing to sell us the house and gave us a 2 year time limit to fully pay. Considering the very low income relative to expenses here in the Philippines, even with all our efforts and finances combined, we already hit the one year mark but barely paid 20% of the total cost. She wishes to fulfill her dream of owning the house the we've all grew up in that even her parents wasn't able to do. She is like a second mother to me, Please help me fulfill her only wish in life. Most of the funds will be used to buy the small house and lot, the house is very old so the remaining funds will be use for repairs and improvements to built her dream home.
