Help Grandma, Help loved ones

My grandmother has taken on two jobs just shortly after having wrist surgery and shoulder surgery for the second time. She is neck deep in medical bills and is still determined to help us out. We are saving as much as we can in order to make the three day drive to South Dakota. We are determine to go out there, get full-time jobs so we can heave better things in life. Me and my 15 year old brother are looking forward to furthering our education. He wants to become a mechanic and I would like to finish off my last two years in Radiology. My father has another child on the way a total of three young boys in the house. He would like to change his life around and support them. We thank you for your generosity and may god bless you all.
