Campaign Story
It was October 2018 when she started to notice a lump in her left breast. Thinking that it was nothing, she ignored the lump. December of the same year when her immune system went down. She started to catch simple cold and cough and fever easily. Early this year, April 2019, when she finally decided to have the lump checked and underwent needle biopsy. She was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer.
She tried various natural remedies and treatment for breast cancer.
She recently started having extreme back pain, difficulty in breathing accompanied with chest pain.
She went to Thailand to gather more opinion from a well known oncologist Dr. Thomas Lodi which presented her an alternative treatment and that gave her hope.
She was asked to have PET scan and the results showed Invasive carcinoma with ductal and lobular features left breast Stage 4 with metastasis on the bone.
Her savings are running low and will not be enough to cover the necessary treatment in the medical center in Thailand and additional costs it involves. Yet, this is the only treatment that can save Grace’s life.
