Help Give Baby Gianna a Brighter Smile and Hope

Hello everyone! I am baby Gianna Margaret and I was born with a cleft lip and gum notch (cleft on the gums). Mommy and Daddy says I am perfect but still they want the best for me. They wish to have me operated as soon as possible so I could have a brand new smile. Mommy and Daddy had nothing left now because both of them lost their jobs due to the pandemic. It’s almost a year now so they were struggling financially. Please help me achieve a brighter smile.
