Help give 10 Orphans in Nepal a bright future!

During my travels, the plan was always to give back where i could. Whether it be volunteer my time, try  to buy locally as much as i could or buy a begger a hot meal and a blanket here and there! Whilst I was in Kathmandu, I did a lot of research on volunteering and orphanages here in Nepal and NHCSP stuck out. It was not asking for a large amount of cash to help the children, nor did it need me to have certain qualifications to help out. It was simply asking for time to help out in any way possible. This family rely solely on donations and the help from live in volunteers to keep their place going. It is run by a young Nepali couple who have 2 children of their own, and started the organisation to help the orphans of their homeland after the war. When I visited them, I found a very small house (if you'd call it that) with only 3 rooms and 1 bathroom (pics shown below). The 12 children they have here share one room with 4 bunks and there is another room with 2 big beds for when the volunteers come and stay. They have to have this room separate from the rest of the house by law if they are to have volunteers stay (yet the governmant don't contribute in any way). i was there assisting them with cooking, laundry and picking up the kids from school and soon realised the uncertaintly of the childrens future if people stopped donating. Not once did the family ask for money but apart from the fathers small income, they rely on it! Their last volunteer before me was 1 month ago :( The family have recently taken out a loan to build two small rooms out near the garden so the children have more space however, it's currently brick rooms as they can't afford to finish it atm. The children go to school everyday which is the fathers number 1 priority. But the cost of school, food and rent takes all the money he earns and he can no longer except anymore orphans because of this. My plan is to raise a small amount ($500) which will complete the huts for the children and stock up the pantry :) That's just $1 from each of my FB friends. Please donate as little or as much as you can...i will keep you all posted on the progress and be sure to update you with pics of the result :)
