Help Ghost get to a loving home

Please help me be able to go and get the beautiful albino puppy called Ghost, who is in Portugal, to my home in China. He is one of a 10 puppy litter born from the encounter of a impressionable young mutt with the goofy, loving Miura, a mixed breed american terrier. They belong to a friend who wants this very special baby to be taken care by someone who they really trust and know. This is a dog that needs a lot of special care, because of its condition. These dogs are very prone to skin cancer, blindness, and other ailments. I'm a dog lover and I will take care of this baby boy really well. He will be loved every day of his life! He will even help my boyfriend overcome his fear of bigger dogs. Please, please help me go get him!
