Help getting back on my feet

Hi my name is martyn, I'm on this site due to i'm on the verge of bankrupcy, i'm 32 and have long suffered with mental health, I have reached a point where I can't cope anymore, and need a lot of financial assistance. If you feel you can help me then please do, my plea is genuine. Never asked for money before, not even sure who to turn to.

I'm little educated and want to save up and go to college, but problems and financial straints pre-controlled my situation. Now i'm having trouble with the simplest bills, gas electric, I messed up my life, and need a second chance, so If you can help please do so, it doesn't matter how much, as every tiny amount helps a great deal.
