Help getting a new computer

Hello, my name is jaouad and i am a 20 y.o video editor and designer. i have always wanted to be a big video editor and its been my long life dream i enjoy editing so much and it makes me happy and i would love to make it as my professional career but i struggle with my old laggy computer and it holds me back so much due to it crashing too much and being way too slow when using editing software to either edit or to make visual effects and i always dream about getting a pc that can handle all that smoothly but unfortunately they are insanely expensive here.

any help would be greatly appreciated and if you do help i thank you so much for supporting a young growing artist to chance his dreams.
