Help Get to Work Abroad

The dream of moving the family to Italy was finally realized in 2017. In the last year due to medical, and familial issues I find I need to come out of my retirement with a moderate income and return to the United States to work to support my family. My wife and three children will remain in country and I will do as my ancestors did to provide. It will be hard but I know doing this for a couple of years will allow them to continue to live in a society and culture we wanted for them. I have found employment but need air fair, and short term accommodation funds before my pay checks come in, with most being sent home to Italy.
