Cancer took away our chance to race together

In order to pay for my sons cancer treatments I had to sell my race car which I had saved for 20 years to buy and buildup . I had to sell it before he was old enough to race with me . It has now come back on the market but I just don’t have the money to purchase it back . If there is anyone out there who would be prepared to help no matter how small you would make mine and my sons dream come true . He has had it tough and although he still suffers effects from the cancer he is an amazing young man and I love him to bits . His mum , my wife , was killed in a car accident when he was 8 weeks old and just to add insult to injury he was diagnosed with a brain tumor on what would have been her 34 th birthday. We spent hours together building the car up , painting it and preparing it for the day he could race with me . Unfortunately some complications with his pituitary gland and his eyes as a result of the chemotherapy and cancer mean even more bills and treatments we had just changed medical aids and they had a 2 year exclusion so we sold the car to pay for his medical treatment .even if buying the car back means someone else owns it and Angus and I race and maintain it that is ok . If you donate even 1 cent we intend to put everyone who donates name on the car . Thanks you
