Help get deceased fathers bike back

My dad passed away in January and they sold his house and its contents a week later before I could get anything. I'm asking for help buying back my fathers 1997 fat boy that means everything to me. When he quit riding I said I was going to fix it and put her in my name. He got real sick a couple years ago and sold the bike a little over a year ago to pay for medical bills and meds about the same time I had to quit my job to take care of him fulltime. I just want one piece of my dad and the good memories back. Over probably a couple years I plan to build the bike up real nice and dedicate the build to him, in memory of if you will.

The guy who has it says if I can cone up with the money before July 4th I can buy it back. Other wise hes selling it to his brother when he comes into town.
