Hello! My name is April Jou-An Yao and I am currently an Intern Pastry Chef at The Hilton Hotel - Cape Town City Centre. I have been offered the magical opportunity to work for Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants in Washington DC for a year from the 18th July 2018!

It has always been a dream of mine to be able to work abroad! Being someone who comes from both Taiwan and South Africa, I strongly believe that every country has its own beautiful cuisine, and it is truly a pity to know what beauty is out there but not be able to learn more and experience it first hand! My ultimate goal is to work in as many different countries possible, to LEARN as much as possible and to grow my knowledge and experience as much as possible! And I have been given the chance to start that dream in Washington DC - please help me make my dream come true!
