Help Gabriella Become a Teacher!

My name is Gabriella and I am seeking financial help and donation of $9000 from you by March 31st, 2017 to cover some of my tuition expenses. Below I have outlined my personal story and reasons for reaching out to you all.

Ever since I can remember, I have wanted to become a teacher- partly because I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and want to encourage others to be the same!

Being an educator in America is such an important occupation because we are helping to teach and shape our next generation of inventors, doctors, first responders, scientists, etc. Inspired by my grandmother, a billingual teacher in an underprivilaged city, I have decided to pursue a career in teaching.

I am in my senior year of college and have just been accepted into a program through National University where I will obtain a California Teaching Credential.

I have been saving money since high school to supplement and fund my desire to attend graduate school and when I made the decision to get my credential, I thought, "now is the perfect time to use this money!"

However, life decided to throw somewhat of a curveball at me. All in a matter of months, my mother was diagnosed with cancer, my car was involved in a hit-and-run accident, and our roof gave out on us due to a heavy storm. To help my family, my mother, and to cover my own expenses- I was forced to tap into my savings for higher learning.

I work two jobs. I am a hard worker, and I don't want to give up on my goals of serving others and teaching just because of a financial road block. Aside from working two jobs and attending school, I also volunteer to help those in need throughout my community.

Maintaining a good GPA, helping others, and reaching my goals are all priorities in my life.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I certainly can't achieve this goal without it! I am so humbled by those of you who are willing to donate and thankful that we live in a society of people who have such a desire to help.
