Help fund rubys surgery

My 12 year old dog Ruby is in need of an emergency dental surgery. As of right now i have already paid 200$ for her medications but i really need help on the surgery itself. Being 17 and with a part-time waged job is hard but even with those i still can't afford this alone. Shes been with me since i was 5 and is my reason to wake up in the morning, i couldnt imagine losing her to something that could be fixed with a cost. If you could please help even just a little bit it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
