On 18th Aug, my husband was released from ICU to the ward. He is now eating solid food and walking slowly. He had been coughing for the past few days so the nurses and doctors are closely monitoring on him to rule out pneumonia or any complications. Today, he noticeably cough lesser so we're happy. His brother Ryan brought him outside to get the needed sunlight and walk.

We also found out that we owe 28 more bags of blood to the hospital because additional blood became necessary when they had to reoperate on Ray few hours after the 1st operation due to bleeding. We are really blessed to have family and friends who have never left us during this time of need and continue to help us through monetary and/or blood donations.

Thank you all who have supported and continuously supporting us. God Bless you all!

Thank you to all of you who joined us in praying for my husband's successful operation yesterday, 15Aug. He is now in ICU, awake, talking and already feeding.

Yesterday was the longest day for me and others who love Ray. The waiting was unbearable and scary but once I heard that it was over and he maid it alive the relief is indescribable. There was a little setback but with God's help Ray surpassed it.

Today, when for the first time after Ray's operation I was allowed inside the ICU, Ray shared with me his divine close encounter with God while he was asleep and on the operating table. He said God was in his bedside and he was even leaning on Him. He didn't leave his side as if watching over him. And though They are not talking, His presence was enough to give him comfort. He was crying while telling me this story and I told him that God heard our prayers and the many people who joined us praying and did prayer vigil for your protection and safety

This experience has further strenghten our faith with the Lord. He is really Almighty and have not left us in our hour of need. Praise you O Lord!!!

Yesterday before the operation.

After few days of being away from the hospital to recuparate from cough & colds, I'm back again to get ready for Ray's operation tomorrow, 15Aug around 6am. We had a pre-ops briefing with his doctor earlier on what to expect during and immediately after operation. Ray is in high spirit and his eagerness to get well is showing. Some photo taken today...

Kuya Edward and Ate Florisa paid him a visit and also to give their financial help.

Thank you all for your help and prayers. Through our prayers and God's help Ray will get well.

Ray was scheduled to have his operation today but was postponed due to fever and cough. He started coughing on the 6th and was running a fever yesterday. Today, he's a little bit better. Fever is gone and coughing less. More blood test and chest xray taken to determine the cause of the fever and cough. Doctor may again aspirate his knee depending on the test result of the fluid taken from his knee.

He need to recuperate and get strong first before they schedule him again for operation.

More relatives and friends came on 7th to donate blood for Ray.

Thank you all for your prayers and donations, monetary or in kind. We will be forever grateful for your generosity and goodwill.

Our 4th day in the hospital. This past few days, Ray had started to undergo series of testing and imaging in preparation for my his upcoming operation which is scheduled on 8Aug at 6:30 am, if everything goes as plan. A priest is visiting everyday to give Ray the Sacrament of Communion and pray him over.

Just yesterday, the doctor had to aspirate Ray's left knee because it became too swollen due to fluid retention. We were also advised to look for blood donors to save us from buying from the blood bank which can be very costly. My husband will need more than 10bags of blood during the operation so we started contacting relatives and friends who can help. Today, family of my husband and our niece, Jenny, came to get their blood screened and donate. We have more donors coming tomorrow. We are so touched with the outpour of support. My husbands relatives and my niece stopped what their doing or missed work just to help to us. Thank you all of you. You just don't know how much this mean to us. God bless you.

Hello everyone! It appears that some of our donors are having difficulty sending their card donations without paypal and we sincerely apologize. I'm already in contact with gogetfunding helpdesk to get this rectified as soon as possible. This problem may only appear on some card issued from certain countries like Bahrain. Gogetfunding said that it may be due to paypal becoming more stricter with their security policy. Anyways, gogetfunding is helping me enable other secured gobal payment option and will keep you posted once it's complete. Otherwise, you may send the money off-line to our BDO Savings Account available on my Introduction write up. Thank you for your dinations on and off-line. Have a blessed day to you all ❤❤❤
