As you know we are a small family business. Just me and my husband Simon. We work very hard to keep this ship sailing 7 days a week. The price of amber has tripled over the last 4 years and we aim to still keep our profit margin low by not increasing our prices. All our profits are ploughed back into buying more stock and therefore our website and Ebay stores have been neglected. We have been quoted in the range of £5,000 to sort them all out. As a small business we cannot afford such a big payment and are in a 'rock and a hard place' situation. We are turning to you the customer to help us out if possible so we can continue to keep our prices affordable, Any donations gratefully received.
