Help fund my study fees?

Hello, I'm Sei from Malaysia. I attend a public university in here, majoring in English Linguistics and minoring in Literature and will be in my second year of studies in September.

Last July, my single mother had to go through a surgery for her trigger finger on her right hand. Just a week ago, she went through another surgery for another trigger finger on her left hand. To put it simply, our finance is down on a rocky road these past few months due to these surgeries and unfortunately my mum haven't been able to do her job either (she sews bags and clothes) due to her hands still in recovery. Luckily my father whom I had just reconnected with last year after 7 years would occasionally fund my finance each month, but due to personal reasons he isn't able to help when I get back to college this upcoming September.

I've tried everything I can to find a scholarship program to apply for since my results the last two semesters were more than satisfying (3.68 and 3.88), but according to most I'm not eligible due to reasons such as, for a scholarship from the state's ministry, I haven't lived in my state for more than 5 years since my mother and I moved places a lot, and only permanently stayed here since 2013. Another common reason from most scholarship programs was because I'm not pursuing the field of study or not from one of the universities supported by sponsors.

I've also worked a job or two through online clients by doing transcriptions and translations works, but even with my savings from these jobs couldn't help me this time round. With fees for the books and dorm rent, clearly I wouldn't be able to have enough money to pay them in time which made me turn here as a last resort.
