Baker assails the senses with pure bliss. My signature collections are
freshly baked to perfection, rich in ingredients & flavours, you'll
succumb to temptation & be spoilt for choice! Through Pastry Galleria's humble beginnings of baking thousands worth of festive cookies, then to wedding cakes, events dessert styling tables, supply to cafes and sponsorships, I sincerely do hope to expand my humble business into a real brick and mortar bakery and cafe one day. I hope this childhood dream of mine comes true and through my work in future, I will be able to make as many people as I can - HAPPY!
