This is our cat, Lila. We've had her for years and she's always been one of our quieter- more introverted cats. She preferred keeping to herself as she was too shy around strangers and other cats, but she was always a sweetheart.
Out of nowhere, about 2 weeks ago, she was ran over by a car and we believed her to be dead as she was gone for a whole day with her only trail left behind being a puddle of blood on the street right by our home. Be it a miracle, luck, or in some merit of truth that cats do actually have several souls in their little bodies, she returned to us the next day in shambles.
We rushed her to the vet where she's been receiving intensive care for the past 2 weeks and we've been informed she may finally be stable enough for a surgery. Her jaw is broken off, the poor thing cannot eat and she's been hooked onto an IV for the entire duration of her recovery; it needs to be fixed immediately.
That is why I've decided to setup a donation page, hoping to receive some help from whoever can provide it- every cent counts at this point and will be cherished more than you can imagine. The veterinarian has still not provided us with an exact cost to the surgery as he's still not completely certain of the severity, she has been too weak to thoroughly examine up until now, so if by any chance the donation amount exceeds the cost of surgery all the remaining funds will be given to local animal charity purposes (all receipts will be uploaded along with updates for her health) .
Thank you for taking the time to go through this.

Hey everyone, we just visited Lila today and she is looking much, much better. We walked into her actually standing in her cage and as soon as she noticed us she started meowing like crazy and came right up to the front of her cage for cuddles. We haven't been
