Campaign Story
I woke up to some bad news last Sunday.
My father's favorite cat (named "Dora") crossed the rainbow bridge on Sunday(which was fathers day).
They told me that someone deliberately poisoned her, based on how it looked when they found her.
Dora was a gentle cat, you can pick her up and she wouldn't budge. She doesn't steal food because we always feed her on time. When she sees my father sleeping, she will always position herself on his feet and sleep there.
All my life, I've never seen my father shed a tear right in front of us. Not until today, when I decided to review the security camera recordings.
I saw him alone, looking at his favorite cat through a plastic bag, acting casual while wiping his eyes and face from time to time. This was their last moment together.
I decided to start this campaign to raise funds for our remaining cats, and build them a safe Outdoor Cat Enclosure which will protect them from strangers.
