Hello, my name is Shawn Meyer from Troop 166 in Randolph NJ.

I am raising money for my Eagle Scout project at The Raptor Trust, a 501c3 nonprofit wild bird rehabilitation center located in Millington, NJ.

The Raptor Trust – Bird Rehabilitation and Education Center

I will be building a post and rail fence along the front field of the education center property as well as improving the visibility of the entrance signs. People often miss (or ignore) the signs at the entrance and proceed directly over the front lawn to get past the rope gate at the driveway, driving over the facility's septic system in the process. The construction of this fence will improve the security of the facility, prevent further damage to the landscaping and prevent any possible future damage to the septic system.

With your donation, I will be able to not only make The Raptor Trust look great, but the fence will also be a great weight lifted off of the shoulders of the Raptor Trust so that they can go back to helping birds rather than worrying about the car that just drove over their septic system
