Help fund a high-quality preschool program

Our preschool services will offer a dynamic developmentally and age-appropriate curriculum that engages children's physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being. Our strategy is to succeed by providing children enrolled in our program with quality care and early education in a safe, and nurturing environment. We will focus on establishing strong relationships in our community, so we can continue to provide for the families we serve outside of our services.

We will offer trained teachers who are knowledgeable about child development and can help ensure that our preschool children leave well prepared for Kindergarten. These teachers will receive in-house training over and above the state-required training hours from members of our experienced management team, who have many years of experience working as trainers themselves. Per state requirements, at a minimum, our Lead Teachers will have/obtain the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, which will be provided through our non-profit Destiny Steps, Inc. This online child development training will also be open to members outside of our community as well. We are passionate about ensuring that preschool and child care providers everywhere are well prepared to care for children's physical and emotional well-being.

Once licensed, our preschool program will enroll in Indiana’s voluntary rating program, called Paths to QUALITY (PTQ). This voluntary rating program helps professionals and providers increase the quality of care and education they provide through free resources, cash and non-cash incentives, professional development opportunities, and one-on-one coaching relationships. In order to achieve our goal of providing quality care and education, we will become a Level 4 provider on PTQ. This is the highest indicator of quality a provider can achieve on PTQ, which includes our program becoming nationally accredited.
