Help Fritz-Carlton travel the world !!

Dear donaters,

First of all, we have to say, that this step is not easy for us. We have never in our life asked for any donation or any financial help but in this case things are slightly different.

We are not native English speaker, so please excuse us if our English in some parts will not be correct but however we will try our best!

What is it all about?

Fritz Carlton was born in 1997 in Wolfsburg, Germany. He was a happy little Volkswagen transporter van, who had big dreams - he wanted to travel the world. But instead he was trapped and was used to work as a transporter carrying heavy construction material. While others were upgraded as Camper vans with a nice cosy bed, a small kitchen, shower on the roof, solar panels.

Over the years Fritz was treated very bad by his former owner. Fritz was so sad that he started to rust. Also, his heart (engine) had a dysfunction. He needed an operation.

Unfortunately, because of his lack of performance and his age his former owner dumped him to the scrap yard, because he didn’t want to invest any dime in his health.

There he was. Alone. Sad and without hope. He nearly forgot that he had a big dream – to travel the world.

At this time, we met Fritz for the first time by a fluke on the scrap yard. We saw that he was in a devastating condition. This poor little van! We wanted to change his situation for better. Our resources were nearly consumed. We gave our last penny, because Fritz deserved something greater.

We want to help him to accomplish his dream. We have fixed his heart (engine), we also fixed his breaks, bought him new shoes (wheels) and removed the rust.

The only problem we have now is, that we have spent all our budget and there is no money left for the interior decoration.

For this reason, we would kindly ask you for some financial help.

For what the donation will be invested?

As already mentioned, we need the donation for the interior decoration of our Fritz-Carlton.

It is very important for us to invest the donations very wisely, so the most items will be purchased from second hand platforms like ebay. Because we think it is important to use things that are pre-owned but in good shape and still working, and also doing something positive for the environment by not throwing items away and buy new ones.

We will build the whole interior decoration by ourselves and try to fit it to our needs. We are planning to install a solar panel on the roof and a solar batterie, also install a small toilet and a kitchen. A cosy chill area with a bed.

We are not that type of people, who are asking for help and not giving something positive back to this wonderful community.

So our first idea is, that with any leftover of your donation we will not keep it for ourselves. Instead we will donate it to someone on this platform who is also seeking for help.

We will keep you updated with new posts of the construction process via photo and video.

We will set up our own YouTube channel to make Vlogs from our tour with our Fritz-Carlton, so that you can enjoy nice videos of beautiful spots all over the world and hopefully also enjoy our positive vibe.
