Help Friends family flood victims rebuilding their house in Philippines

A friends family was a victim of flood in Philippines . They lost everything they have, their house , and everything inside the house was all damaged. So I thought of helping them to raise fund so that they can build even a small house where they can stay and buy some household stuffs and they can start new little business as well. As of now they are just staying in an open space so I really pity them. I really need a support from people to kindly donate to help my friends family who was a victim of blood.
