Hi,
I'm Aries Pagulayan, son of Francis. He's a 64 y/o father to 3 children with me being the eldest, to a young lady, and to a bright kid. He's also a new grandfather to a pretty and smart, 1 year old girl.
He has diabetes and he somehow managed this illness for over 20 years. But almost 2 years ago, he had a heart attack. He survived but was also diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
Over that course, he had several operations/surgeries and confinements and is being treated continuously up to this day. However, recently, we were advised by his doctors to have a kidney transplant the soonest possible.
He is scheduled for a kidney transplant by next year 2021 and by first week of January, procedures will start together with the donor. Our finances are insufficient and in this regard, may I ask/appeal for your financial help to augment my father's hospital and recovery expenses. Any amount, most especially the prayers you offer will be deeply appreciated.
I've created this fund raiser to also raise awareness for CKD patients and most importantly, for my daughter to have a grandfather she will recognize, play with, and remember.
With heartfelt thanks,
Aries
