Help Fortunato Baluis

Good day!

I'm Fortunato Baluis, from Umingan Pangasinan. I am alone in life, no wife, no children, no money and I am currently staying at my sister's house. I have pneumonia and I have "water in my lungs" which needs to be removed. Every day, I am struggling with chronic pain, difficulty breathing, cough and vomiting yellowish mucus.

I said previously that I will just let my illness consume me, but the pain is no longer bearable. I am imploring your good heart to support me and help me send myself to the hospital where I can seek treatment. I can no longer support myself, I am too weak to work, and no one would like to employ a sickly man.
