Help for victims of typhoon Goni

Ravaging Typhoon Rolly (Goni) arrived Bicol region with fury and left behind vast areas of devastation. Human lives were lost due to flash floods, houses wrecked, roofs blown away, big trees uprooted, electric posts down on the roads, livestock flooded, banana plantations completely destroyed , not one remained standing.

Places hit hard are Guinobatan, Malilipot, Malinao, Polangui, Libon, Bato, Virac , Gigmoto, Baras, San Andres in Catanduanes,

Food is of utmost and immediate importance for the survival of the poor, homeless families , food for helpless children and elderly who have no place to cook, nothing to cook, and who remain hungry while waiting for relief aid. Our urgent response means life for them.

The man power to cook and prepare food for distribution is ready. The Treasury Department of Southern Luzon Mission is the most trusted avenue to handle and manage money sent. Thank you for your immediate response.

NOTE:

ADRA is present in the devastated areas of Bicol, so is the Red Cross. but this appeal from SLM is for now. Before relief aid arrives there are people who have no where to turn to. SLM workers are on their hands and knees desiring to help in the immediate needs of the poor and the homeless, food for their stomachs right now. Please be kind and willing to be the hands and feet and the heart of Jesus as you attend to the "Least of these My brethren," Jesus says, "Ye have done it unto Me."
