Hello, I need help rescuing two dogs located in Carmona, Cavite. I can personally see to the rescue and foster them but I need the funds to help with vet bills. I have a feeling it will be bigger than $500 but this is just so I can get them as soon as possible as the post is on Facebook but no one seems to be stepping up.
