Hi! I am Danielle Fredeluces (UST-CCBA Batch 2019). Me, John Carl Santos (UST-CCBA Batch 2016), and our former professor, Mr. Edwin Suson (UST-CCBA Entrepreneurship) from the University of Santo Tomas are asking for your help to try and raise funds for our City Service Personnel assigned in the College of Commerce and Business Administration.

Metro Manila is currently on lockdown. Classes are suspended last March 9 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the City Service Corporation has been implementing a skeletal workforce, working only 2-3 times a week. As of March 16, it was announced that all work will be suspended until further notice, greatly affecting the personnel. They are on a No Work, No Pay status and will not be given their full month's wages, making it hard for them to provide and meet the needs of their families. It is still unknown when they will be allowed to continue to work, and with the increasing number of confirmed cases and the need for food and supplies in Metro Manila, we decided to seek help from our friends and fellow alumni to help them in this time of need.

There are 13 City Service Personnel in the College of Commerce and we are hopeful, through your generosity, we can provide ₱ 10,000 each by the start of April 15. By using the GoGetFunding (GGF) platform, the website will deduct 4% of the total donations raised, plus $0.25 per donation/transaction, and Paypal will deduct 4.65%. This will will roughly amount to 9% of the total donations. Aside from these costs, we will distribute the donations through Cebuana/Palawan Padala which will also incur transaction costs. Therefore, we are targeting to raise a total of ₱140,000 (₱130,000 for the personnel + estimated of ₱10,000 to cover the costs required by GGF and Cebuana/Palawan Padala) by April 15, 2020. Any amount will be highly appreciated. All transactions will be recorded and accounted for transparency, and will be posted and updated here in this public facebook group we created which includes the 13 CCBA City Service Personnel: https://web.facebook.com/groups/196376021646913/ We requested them to post their receipts once they receive the donations.

Although it is highly discouraged to go outside our respective homes, you can still donate through bank deposit/transfer under Mr. Edwin M. Suson's BPI Account # 000159005739, Mr. John Carl Santos' BDO Account # 012108000476, or Mr. John Carl Santos' GCash # 09178473329.

* For bank transfers/desposits, kindly send Mr. Suson or Mr. Santos pictures of the deposit slips or screenshots of the transactions.
