Help A Boy To Achieve His Dream

Greetings everyone!

First of all, let me introduce myself. I am Chris Lewi and I was born in a Borneo Island, which is Sabah, a part of Malaysia. Currently studying here in Multimedia University(MMU), Cyberjaya for Foundation and later will continue Degree (in advertising design).

For your information, I am the first person in my family to continue studies in university as both of my parents only finished until high school. My parents come from a poor family and my grandparents are a farmer from a village far in Sabah.

So in my public examination I able to achieve 8As and 1B until I qualified to get a scholarship. The scholarship covered all my tuition fees which is RM80 000 (20 000 USD) and at least maintain 3.00 cgpa and above for each semester.

For monthly expenses, I will get RM600 a month which is only 200 USD per month. As I mentioned above, if I failed to get 3.00 cgpa and above, my monthly expenses will be reduced by 25%.

As a student especially taking Multimedia as my field of studies, I need to get a laptop in order to learn and most importantly done all my assignments. It is so embarrassing for me in class because most of my coursemates have a laptop. When it comes to assignments and things related to my studies, I need to access my university's online portal to get any informations. Also in editing videos and other media need to have high-specs laptop to make it done.

I don't want my parents to give me money to buy a new laptop as it will suffer them more because both of them only get paid under RM3000 (750 USD) every month. And for me to separate money from my allowance will extremely makes me starved all months for getting a laptop.

I am really appreciate and grateful for your kindnes in helping me to fund my need. For me getting a 500 Usd laptop is more than enough for me even though it is secondhand / used laptop. I will be able to continue my studies peacefully and smoothly.
