Help for Uganda’s Kids

The organization Tennis for All Uganda was founded in 2012 with a mission to equip every child, from any background with sport. It started with a small team of just two volunteer coaches working with slum children on the weekends. Today the Organization provides free tennis and education coaching to kids from local slums at three public schools in Kampala. Moreover, the organization trains kids with disabilities that are denied education and sporting opportunities. For this to be successful, the Organization needs volunteers, financial help and all kinds of tennis equipment, sports clothes and books.

We are 4 Polish girls- two Martas, Karolina and Angelika who will volunteer at the organization in October 2018. We are going to bring with us a lot of books and clothing for the kids but we would like to also take the opportunity to give the project more attention and to donate money for the new new community library and skills center in Mpigi, just an hour outside of Kampala.

This building will serve as a holiday training center where the organization can transport children out of the slum environment to a positive environment where they can grow in their knowledge of crafts, construction, tennis and reading skills.

The roofing for this project is already in progress and we are hoping to complete the construction as soon as possible depending on the funds available. Please consider donating also 10, 5 euro or whatever you can comfortably give to this fund. Even 1 euro will help!
