A million of people in the Philippines were forced to evacuate when one of the top active and dangerous volcanoes in the Philippines spewed ash affecting not only the nearby towns but also the National Capital Region of the Philippines unexpectedly.
Unlike in the previous situations where people were warned beforehand, the residents was not warned nor got time to prepare for the impending calamity that happened last January 12, 2020. And the most terrifying is that the danger/ alert level of Taal Volcano escalates leading the residents in the nearby towns and cities specially Batangas, Tagaytay and Cavite to evacuate their houses with nothing but themselves to save leaving all their properties, livelihood and animals because of the volcano eruption and the continuous earthquake they felt since January 12.
I, together with a group of students like me want to help in every way we know and one of it is to gather funds that we will use to buy the immediate and necessary things that all the victims needed as of the moment. Right now they badly need masks, water, medicine, clothes and ready-to-eat food. Any means of amount are kindly accepted.
