Help for the Operation

Please help me fund for my niece’s operation, she needs to undergo a dialysis and a surgery due to blood infection and water in her lungs they need to put a hole in her throat for the anesthesia.

She’s the sweetest among all my nieces and nephews and I dont want something bad happen to her. She’s only 16 years old, please give her a chance to live and enjoy life.

I’m only a below minimum wage employee. And my sister (her mother) is only a housewife with four kids (Ages: 7,5,3,2)

We're doing our best that we can but its not enough.
