Help for survive his life again

I am Golbar Hossain. I am a Bangladeshi citizen, But now stay in Germany for treatment. I am working as an engineer in the Defense Ministry of Bangladesh. I marry 1.5 years ago. I have a 3 months child. Last year suddenly my chest pain began and blood came out from my throat. I went to the doctor soon and they examined me and there was a problem in my lungs. It was lungs infection. I notify in my office and admitted in our CMH hospital in Dhaka. I was admitted there for two month but they fail to treatment of my lungs. In may/2018 i went to Germany and admitted in Martin Luther hospital, Berline. They examined and said that need a major operation. For this operation I need more than 10000$. So please help me or Borrow me money for survive in my life.
