Help for sick mother

Hello,

My mother has the disease MS, which makes it difficult for her to do things that are very normal for the most of us and she depends on the help of others.
I help her a lot by driving her (in her car) to places anywhere from hospitals to grocery stores because she is not able to drive herself.

Unfortunately her car broke down and the repair costs are very high, there is no money for the repairmen costs nor for a new car.

We hope to find the help she needs here so she can get mobile again.
