Dear Friends of Sharieff and Portsha Crim,

We wanted to make sure that you received this message. It is with heartfelt tears that we inform you of our dear Sharieff’s passing. Sharieff transitioned from this life on Monday, January 7, 2019. Sharieff was not alone, but as it would be fitting, his love, Portsha was right by his side. And her ‘Mom’ - right by her side. 💕Sharieff's wishes were to be home with his family during these last days; and so it was, that he spent his last moments in a loving home surrounding.

There will be a memorial service. As soon as the details are finalized, we will share them on this page.

Thank you to everyone who prayed, gave and provided support of any kind to the Crim family.

Peace be with you all, Team Sharieff

Season's Greetings - It's time to 'continue' to encourage!

Dear Friends of Sharieff and Portsha...thank you for your support!

Here is an update that I received from Portsha on Sunday, and I quote:

"We continue to pray, but it's not good; Sharieff is still fighting. He's in home hospice care now. The nurses are coming to the house. Sharieff is not really able to talk or walk because of the pain, but, he's still trying."

Family and Friends, please continue to send your words of encouragement to the Crim family via this site or otherwise. I'm told Sharieff loves to read and or be read the many prayers, well wishes and other expressions of care from you his family, friends and supporters. We continue to pray to God for their peace of mind, body and spirit. In the midst of this struggle we also pray that their love for one other remains strong. They have been such a wonderful witness of love and faith...💕

We are thankful!! Thankful to all of you who have found it in your heart to bless us!!

Sharieff is doing okay health wise today. He is still very tired and having issues with stomach fluids. Unfortunately, this is one of the side effects of liver cancer. He is still trying to do as much as he can on his own. We are still trying to get his insurance reinstated. Northwestern is nice enough to still treat him. We have an appointment to have the fluids drained.

Spirit wise, Sharieff is great. Seeing everyone who visited him in the hospital and visitors that have stopped by now that he is back at home, well wishes and the prayers has made him so happy. Seeing him happy, makes me happy. We appreciate everything everyone has done and is still doing for us. We are so grateful!

Love, The Crim Family!

Peace!

Continuous prayers; and sorry for the delayed response; they continued in the family traditional and shared Thanksgiving at their Grandma’s house. Peace!

This is wonderful news. Is there anything we can provide the family to insure they have a wonderful Thanksgiving?

Hello everyone, several Team Crim members visited Sharieff in the hospital yesterday. Sharieff's wife, Portsha was right by his side and was very appreciative of the love and support which has been extended to them during this challenging time. We had a brief visit with conversation, prayer and tears. Sharieff has not been sleeping, but after prayer we had a chance to see him nod off! So we tip-toed out. Little blessings are good to help us all carryon. Yay.

Portsha sends her thanks and expresses how lucky they are to have friends who are looking after them and caring for them. She adds that this expression of care has been instrumental in giving them the strength and encouragement to press on. She sends her love! 💖
