Campaign Story
Quasimodo is a whole body paralysed poodle dumped in front of our rescue home a week ago. She could only roll her eyes and her head is tilted upward causing difficulties to swallow food. She is on feeding tube and IV. Quasimodo frequently has seizures causing her to become extremely weak. To find out what is wrong with Quasimodo, so far we have done MRI, Blood Tests, X Ray, CT Scan, Urinary Test and Myelogram which is injecting a dye like substance into spinal cord which allow the doctor to see any abnormalities in spine and vertebrae. All above results found no abnormalities but we are waiting for the Myelogram and Urinary result coming out tomorrow. We really need to find out what is wrong with Quasimodo before we can treat effectively. We will also be starting on accupuncture treatments soon. We are a rescue home with 56 rescued strays with most of them being paralysed, blind, 3 legged accident survivors and a few poodles dumped by an unknown breeder in front of our house. And we are not any NGO, the three working men of our family been devoting almost all their pay to cover the expenses of our 56 pawchildren and with all this, we truly need help to treat Quasimodo.
