Help for paying off my credit debt

Hello, my name is Alexandra and this summer I participated in a program called Work and Travel, wich gives students working visa's for USA, for 3 months. In these 3 months I didn't succeed to raise those 3000$ that I used to get there (plane tickets, cost of the program, visa's expences) and now I have to pay to the bank 3000$ until the end of February 2020.. In the meanwhile I got a full time job but the paychecks won't be enough (500$/ month, in Romania). I'm really stressed and I have a lot of problems because of this. Thank you.
